NANTY GLO — Lydia Myers hit a grand slam to highlight a 14-hit Bishop Carroll attack in a 15-12 victory over Blacklick Valley in the first game of a doubleheader on Monday in high school softball. Sprankle sparks Lady Eagles in victory

TYRONE — Amanda Sprankle hit a grand slam in the first inning on Thursday afternoon to spark the Tyrone softball team to a 16-13 victory over Clearfield in high school action.
