NANTY GLO -- Lydia Myers hit a grand slam to highlight a 14-hit Bishop Carroll attack in a 15-12 victory over Blacklick Valley in the first game of a doubleheader on Monday in high school softball.
Myers homered again in the second game as one of her three hits and helped Carroll hold off a Blacklick Valley rally and win, 7-6. Ali Heinrich had a two-run double for BC.
Paige Kelley had three hits for Blacklick in the second game.
