Trump didn’t follow law with pardons
As a person who respects the rule of law, I was appalled to learn about one of Donald Trump’s first decisions as president. Unconditionally pardoning the 1,500-plus rioters who stormed the Capitol, and then were found guilty of doing so, flies in the face of all of us who support the rule of law. Such a foolish and brazen move is not surprising for this president, a convicted felon himself.
