SPRING MILLS — Central Cambria won both the boys and girls Laurel Highlands Athletic Conference dual meet cross country championships on Saturday. The Red Devils topped fellow section champions Bedford, 17-43, and Bellefonte, 23-32. The Lady Devils beat Bedford, 20-43 and Bellefonte, 15-48.
