Central’s Snowberger in tie for 30th after first day

From Mirror reports STATE COLLEGE — Central’s Griffin Snowberger, who just missed a medal by tying for 11th at the PIAA Class 2A boys golf championships last year, shot a 5-over par 77 on Monday at the Penn State White Course and is tied for 30th after the first round. Snowberger also shot a 77 in the first round last year before rebounding with a second-day score of 75.
