Urban J. Zierer, 84, of Duncansville, passed away Monday afternoon. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Ralph and Helen (Schiesler) Zierer. Surviving are his life partner, Dianna Mattiello; two daughters, Helena Mattiello and Laurie Zierer-Tsakalis; three stepdaughters: Laura Nearhoof, Lisa Heck and Tabatha Phan; two stepsons, John Mattiello and Michael Mattiello; a granddaughter, Zoe Tsakalis; and many stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren.
