James Richard “Jim” Edwards, 96, of Martinsburg, passed away July 24, 2025, after a sudden medical event. He was born in Altoona, to Mary Hazel (Prosser) and Leonard Philip Edwards. Jim served our country in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers; and a son-in-law.
