Thomas David Nash

He was born in Altoona, son of the late Thomas A. and Dorothea M. (Graham) Nash.

On Sept. 13, 1969, in Hollentown, he married Nancy L. Warsek, who survives along with two sons, Thomas D. (Jodi Garman) Nash and Christopher L. Nash, both of Blandburg, three grandchildren: Derek (Amanda) Nash, Crystal Sanders and Jessica (Cody Krepps) Garman; two great-grandchildren, Finn Nash and Adelynn Krepps; and a sister, Judith C. Dieterle of Muncy.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Tom was a 1970 graduate of Glendale High School and retired as a terminal manager for Estes Express, Altoona. He was a member of the Bellwood Eagles, coached several local Reade Township area youth baseball teams, played on several local Sunday League softball teams, owned and drove stockcars and enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.

A Memorial Gathering will be held for family and friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at McQuown Funeral Home, Glasgow.
