Jacklyn M. Whaley, 74, of Bellwood, died Thursday afternoon at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Tyrone, a daughter of Lois M. (Givler) and the late Kenneth E. Focht. On Dec. 29, 1969, she married Runnie G. Whaley in Leavenworth, Kansas. Surviving are her husband; two children, Kenneth G. Whaley and Ann M.
