WISE Women of Blair County and the Donna D. Gority Scholarship are accepting applications for scholarship assistance. One or more scholarships totaling up to $10,000 will be awarded. Completed applications must be received by 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9. Applications may be submitted by email to info@wisewomenofblaircounty.org or by mail to WISE Women of Blair County, P.O.
