Roaring Spring library to offer programs

Roaring Spring Community Library has announced its programs for August. Library hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, 8 a.m.. to 1 p.m. Saturday and 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The library is closed on Fridays.
