On May 22, the Cesare Battisti Club in Altoona, presented 21 graduating seniors from area high schools a $500 scholarship. Beginning in 2007, the Cesare Battisti Club has awarded 265 scholarships totaling $235,500. This year’s recipients include (from left): first row — Gabriel Musselman, Ericka Fleck, Danielle Mueller, Jacey Kutz, Olivia Trotter and Cassandra Vaughn; second row — Jenna Grilli, Joseph Meintel, Aidan Kelley, Jacob Adams, Justin Fleck, Abby Yahner and Macy Yost; third row — Carly Dixon, Kyla Campbell, Joseph Hallinan, Alexander Fix, Cameron Latterner and Erin Yahner. Absent from the picture are Ryleigh Minnoia and Morgan Bidaut.
