Roaring Spring Library sets programs for May

Roaring Spring Community Library has announced its upcoming programs. The library will be closed May 22-25 for Memorial Day.

10 a.m. May 2 — Snuggles & Paws for Reading: Kids read to therapy dogs.

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 5 — Pop Up Advocacy with Family Services.

11 a.m. May 9 — Scholars Steep: Minty Tea Talk

5 p.m. May 11 — Mending wtih Miss Pauline.

6 p.m. May 12 — Create a container garden. Preregistration/pay required ($15 cash/check to Blair County Conservation District).

11 a.m. May 13 — Good Reads with Gretchen Book Club: “The Wednesday Letters” by Jason Wright.

11 a.m. May 13 — Drop-In Tech Help with Tom.

10:30 a.m. May 16 — Book Folding & Bites (preregistration required).

11:30 a.m. May 16 — The Story Exchange: A Creative Community for Writers.

11 a.m. May 26 — Blood pressure screenings with Conemaugh Nason Medical Center.
