n Fiber Fun with the Kneedle Knerds United will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2. Take your favorite fiber crafts. No registration needed.
n The Great Hatch — Flock Talks will be held May 4, 13 and 18. This session will focus on possible feather issues. No registration is needed.
n Paws 2 Read will be held at 5 p.m.

n The Women’s Community Art Group will be held at 6 p.m. May 7. There will be a variety of art materials available for use, and participants may also take a project they are currently working on. n Local author Rachel DiAndrea will share her true farm tale “Chickie

Guests from the Altoona Symphony Orchestra will introduce children to the beauty and joys of the symphony in this hands-on program.
