John M. “Jack” Bowman, 75, of Hollidaysburg, passed away Wednesday after complications from a fall. Born in Wilkinsburg, Jack was the son of the late Robert and Josephine Bowman. He was preceded in death by his brother, Robert; and his sister, Julie Bowen. Jack worked as a carman for Conrail. During his career, he was a skilled tradesman who worked as a bricklayer, welder and mason. He retired in 1995 after 25 years of service.
