BG volleyball picks up road win a Forest Hills

SIDMAN — Bishop Guilfoyle Academy improved to 2-4 with a 25-10, 25-13, 25-13 win at Forest Hills Wednesday night in high school volleyball action.
The Marauders got 33 assists and 13 digs from Brenden Young to go with 17 digs and nine kills from Karter Shall. Noah Kanish had 13 digs to go with 10 from Jacob Mellot. Griffin Chwatek rounded out the numbers with 16 kills and seven digs.
Young and Shall each finished with 14 service points.

MARTINSBURG — Central dropped to 4-3 with a 18-25, 16-25, 25-17, 25-18, 15-11 loss to DuBois.
Blake Reynolds finished with 16 kills for the Scarlet Dragons, who also received 15 kills from Christian Heuston.
Lincoln Mock turned in 17 blocks while Landon Rhoades added 39 assists and 14 service points.
