NORTHERN CAMBRIA — Brielle McMillen won the high jump, long jump, triple jump and 100-meter dash to help the Cambria Heights girls go 3-0 in a quad meet and claim the Heritage Conference regular-season championship with an 11-0 mark in high school track and field on Wednesday.

The Heights girls beat Homer-Center, 120-24, United, 90-60, and Northern Cambria, 95-46. The United girls beat H-C, 116-32, and NC, 94-56, while the Lady Colts beat H-C, 101-36.

Elyce Hilyer won the 800 run, and Rachel McClellan won the 100 hurdles for the Heights girls. Northern Cambria’s Emilee Depetro (200 and 400 dashes), United’s Olivia Henning (1600 and 3200 runs) and Homer-Center’s Maggie Voyda (shot put and discus) each won two events.

The Heights boys topped Homer-Center, 95-50, but lost to United, 76-72, and Northern Cambria, 87-63. The Colts also beat H-C, 99-51, and United, 79-70, while the United boys topped Homer-Center, 88-54.

Levi Czar (100 and 200 dashes) and Daniel Farrell (long and triple jumps) won two events for the Colts. Cameron Dreibelbis won the 110 hurdles, and Matthew Senko won the 3200 run for the Highlanders.

Portage girls go 3-0

MARION CENTER — The Portage girls topped Marion Center, 77-72, Penns Manor, 111-37, and Purchase Line, 103-42, in a Heritage Conference quad meet.

The Marion Center girls beat Penns Manor, 85-59, and PL, 106-35, while the PM girls beat PL, 80-54.

Kendall Bednarski (200 dash and long jump) won two events for the Lady Mustangs, and Liana Bagby (100 dash), Mackenzie Teno (high jump), Johanna Noel (pole vault) and Josie Sossong (triple jump) each won one.

The Portage boys beat Penns Manor, 60-59, but lost to Purchase Line, 76-47, and Marion Center, 120-29. The MC boys beat PM, 113-31, and PL, 97-48, while the PL boys topped PM, 69-54.

Boys double-winners were MC’s Carson Wells (800 and 1600 runs), PL’s Maddox Frantz (100 and 200 dashes) and Nolan Engle (300 hurdles and high jump), and PM’s Brady Lewis (shot put and javelin).
