Hollidaysburg’s Crosby Denis and Grace Muriceak will play for a District 6 Class 3A doubles title today after advancing by claiming two wins on Tuesday in high shcool tennis play at Mansion Park. The Lady Tigers’ duo will meet up with second seeded Joanna Liu and Pervi Narayanan of State College at noon. EBENSBURG — Bishop Guilfoyle Academy finished third, two strokes behind co-winners Richland and Westmont Hilltop, and advanced as a team to the District 6 Class 2A boys golf championships at Sinking Valley Country Club on Tuesday by finishing in the top four at sectionals Wednesday at Ebensburg Country Club.
