Athlete of the week achievement: Stinson threw a complete-game three-hit shutout to lead Bellwood-Antis to a 2-0 win over previously unbeaten and defending District 6 Class 2A champion West Shamokin in the district championship game. Stinson also had 18 strikeouts.
Season update: Stinson is batting .371 with 17 RBIs and three home runs offensively and is 8-1 with an 0.72 ERA and 124 strikeouts this season in 58 innings pitched.
