Joan C. Orner, 95, Altoona, passed away Saturday. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Wilson T. and Velma M. (Hopkins) Hamler. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Orner; a son, Scott Orner; and her twin sister, June Ehgartner. Surviving are a son, Gary D. Orner; and a sister, Patricia Wertz.
