Trump may try to stay in office

In James Krug’s letter, he fears President Joe Biden will start World War III to stay in office. Krug knows this is not going to happen. On the other hand, Donald Trump tried to stay in office by sending his minions to take over the government. Any president who would do this would have no problem start­ing a world war so he could become America’s dictator. There is a need to change tax law

Anyone who is reading this opinion agrees with me, shake your head yes. My good health allows me to work along with my Social Security check, so I can pay my taxes before they come due in order to have the benefit of an early discount. Lucky for us on Social Security, we got an increase on our monthly check. WOW. Soon after, I got a letter in the mail that my Medicare payment has an increase. Texting while driving is a real problem

Altoona has a real problem with texting while driving. It’s to the point where it’s become dangerous to drive in the city. Will the Altoona police please do something? I truly feel someone is, if they haven’t already, going to get killed by a “multitasker.” It’s like driving in the city with the equivalent of a bunch of drunks. After the 2024 presidential election results I admit I was floored. How could the majority want a convicted felon to lead us? I was definitely missing something. Somehow I missed the whole transgender discrepancy. Reason for Trump support interesting

There was a very interesting and well-written article in the 1/6/25 edition of the Mirror by Kirk Dodson, who, like myself, is not a fan of Donald Trump. I agree that ABC should never have settled. But the one thing that he did not make mention of is what kind of response was given by U.S. Rep. Nancy Mace regarding how she could support Trump when she, herself, was a victim of rape.
