Altoona has a real problem with texting while driving. It's to the point where it's become dangerous to drive in the city. Will the Altoona police please do something?
I truly feel someone is, if they haven't already, going to get killed by a "multitasker." It's like driving in the city with the equivalent of a bunch of drunks. I have a lot of respect for our APD but they truly have to get on this. I don't want any of my family or friends to be the next victim. APD please do something.
