Sue Ellen Farrell, 56, of Front Royal, Va., died at home Wednesday after years of declining health. She was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Helen Farrell; her partner, Doug Shipley; and a brother, Allen. She is survived by three sisters; and three brothers.
Gary D. Kauffman, 80, of Roaring Spring, died peacefully at home on Friday morning. He was the son of the late Robert and Betty (Peters) Kauffman.
He married Marsha Dick on Oct. 28, 1963.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marsha; two children: Lynnette Emigh (Kenneth) and Gary Kauffman (Brianne); four grandchildren: Nichole, Meghan, Andrianna and Zeth;
three great-grandchildren: Karahgan, Broxin and Keyarah; and three siblings: Kay, Kevin and Wally, all of Bear, Del.
