Judith A. Risbon, 76, passed away on March 1, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Lillian L. (Stiffler) Risbon. Surviving are two daughters, Denise A. Allison (Roy) and Julia D. Hurtado (Jose); two sons, Timothy C. Mullins (Tracie) and Travis Mullins (Lady); six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Larry Risbon and Joseph Risbon; and best friend, Peggy Putt. Friends will be received from 4:30 until the 6 p.m. funeral service, Thursday, March 6, 2025 at John K. Bolger Funeral Home Inc., Williamsburg. Private interment will be held at Yellow Springs Lutheran Cemetery, rural Williamsburg.
