Dolores A. “Dolly” (Wacker) Holzer, 92, of Altoona, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, the daughter of the late Albert K. and Rose C. (Lunglhofer) Wacker. Dolly was the widow of Alfons A. Holzer, who preceded her in death on Oct. 13, 1997. She is survived by a son, Thomas; and grandchildren, Tyler K. and Trinity J. Also surviving are sisters: Helen Warner-Pifer, Mildred Karl (Richard) and Charlotte Vasko (Albert); and many nieces and nephews. Dolly retired from the Social Security Administration.
