James “Duke” Webber, 73, of Altoona, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, in Altoona. James was born in Altoona to the late Anna Marie (Smeltzer) and the late Thomas Webber. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas E Webber. James is survived by his loving siblings, Peg (Richard) Reed, Liz (Wes) Weimer and Steve (Sheila) Webber. Charles Clark, 87, of Altoona, passed away July 31, 2025. He was born in Waynesburg, son of the late Willis A. and Juanita (Queen) Clark. Surviving are his four sons: Patrick A. (Sandy), Charles W. (Jessica), David (Tammy) and Michael Clark.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin. Charles served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1957-60.
