James ‘Duke’ Webber

James “Duke” Webber, 73, of Altoona, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, in Altoona. James was born in Altoona to the late Anna Marie (Smeltzer) and the late Thomas Webber. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas E Webber. James is survived by his loving siblings, Peg (Richard) Reed, Liz (Wes) Weimer and Steve (Sheila) Webber. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are held by Santella Funeral Home.

Charles Clark

Charles Clark, 87, of Altoona, passed away July 31, 2025. He was born in Waynesburg, son of the late Willis A. and Juanita (Queen) Clark. Surviving are his four sons: Patrick A. (Sandy), Charles W. (Jessica), David (Tammy) and Michael Clark.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, Kevin. Charles served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1957-60. He worked as a truck driver and enjoyed eating at Denny’s. All services will be private at the convenience of his family. Arrangements are by Rose Hill Funeral & Cremation Care Inc., Altoona.
