James "Duke" Webber, 73, of Altoona, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, Aug. 7, 2025, in Altoona. James was born in Altoona to the late Anna Marie (Smeltzer) and the late Thomas Webber. In addition to his parents, James is preceded in death by a brother, Thomas E Webber. James is survived by his loving siblings, Peg (Richard) Reed, Liz (Wes) Weimer and Steve (Sheila) Webber. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation or services. Arrangements are held by Santella Funeral Home.
