Phyllis Elaine (Gibboney) Hultman

Phyllis Elaine (Gibboney) Hultman, 95, a resident of Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg, went to meet the Lord on Saturday. She was born in Altoona to late parents, Marguerite and James W. Gibboney. Phyllis married William C. Hultman in 1973. They shared many happy years until his passing on Sept. 7, 1994. She was also predeceased by daughters: Elaine Walters of Lancaster, Beth Ellen Goetz of Hollidaysburg and Michele Hultman Jacobson of Buffalo, N.Y., all sadly missed and taken much too early from this life; and both her siblings, Jean Weiksner of Lancaster and Dr. Richard ...

Steven Paul Keirn, 73, formerly of Altoona, passed away Sept. 6, 2025. He was born in Altoona, the son of Nancy Luciano and the late Paul Keirn. Surviving are his mother; his son, Andrew; his ex-wife, Kathleen Koller; and siblings: Bill, Linda Kitt and Sue Fabian. His journey on earth was marked by unconditional love.
