Carlene Neff, 87, of Hollidaysburg, passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026. Carlene was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend whose love for her family was the center of her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her loving sisters, Ramona McKinney and Mary Wilson, both of Jay, Maine; her three sons: Gary of Hollidaysburg and David and Brian, both of Sarasota, Fla.; her cherished grandchildren: Leighann, Eva, Christopher, Jason and Ashley; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Fred I. Rutherford, 96, formerly of Altoona, died Thursday evening at Homewood at Martinsburg. He was born in Altoona, a son of the late William and Delma (Cornelius) Rutherford. He married Ethel O. Dunmire on May 27, 1950, in Cumberland, Md. She preceded him in death April 12, 2024. Surviving are a daughter, Deborah Miller (James) of Altoona; and a grandson, Christopher (Trisha) of Gibsonia.
