Carlene Neff

Carlene was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and friend whose love for her family was the center of her life. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her loving sisters, Ramona McKinney and Mary Wilson, both of Jay, Maine; her three sons: Gary of Hollidaysburg and David and Brian, both of Sarasota, Fla.; her cherished grandchildren: Leighann, Eva, Christopher, Jason and Ashley; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael.

The family would like to extend a special and heartfelt thank you to Teresa Hoover for the compassionate care, kindness and support she provided.

Carlene’s memory will live on through the many lives she touched and the love she gave so freely.
