Jayme L. Orr and Donald E. Rhodes III, both of Altoona, are engaged to be married.

Miss Orr is the daughter of Joseph Orr III and Penelope Orr of Altoona.

She is a 2001 graduate of Altoona Area High School; a 2005 graduate of West Point Military Academy, West Point, N.Y., with a bachelor’s degree; and a 2014 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with an executive master of business administration degree.

She is president of Serviam Construction, Duncansville.

Mr. Rhodes is the son of Donald E. Rhodes II of Altoona and Stephen and Michele Sauers of Altoona.

He is a 1995 graduate of Altoona Area High School; a 1999 graduate of Penn State University, University Park, with a bachelor’s degree; and a 2003 graduate of Saint Francis University, Loretto, with a master’s degree.

He is a branch manager at M&T Bank, Altoona.

An Oct. 11 wedding is being planned at Omni Bedford Springs Resort, Bedford.
