Smith hits milestone for Mustangs

PORTAGE — Trissa Smith recorded her 1,000th career assist for Portage in a 25-21, 25-16, 25-15 win over Conemaugh Valley. DuBOIS — Clarion defeated Central, 327-341, in the 2A PIAA boys golf regionals at Treasure Lake on Thursday to advance to the PIAA championships at the Penn State White Course on Wednesday, Oct. 18.
