Athlete of the week achievement: Owulade won the long jump championship at the Lock Haven Track Classic with a distance of 17 feet, 11.5 inches, was second in the 100 hurdles in 15.45 seconds and was third in the triple jump with a distance of 35 feet, 11.5 inches. She also won both hurdle events in a dual meet win over rival State College earlier in the week.
Season update: Owulade leads the Mirror’s Track and Field Honor Roll in three events — both hurdles and the long jump. She is also third in the triple jump.
