Athlete of the week achievement: Boland went 2-for-2 with a double, two runs scored and an RBI in an 11-0 win over Huntingdon, and then he pitched a one-hit shutout and struck out five in a 15-0 win over Penn Cambria. He also went 2-for-2 with two RBIs in that game.
Season update: Boland is 4-0 with a 0.52 ERA and 42 strikeouts in 27 innings pitched. He is hitting .417 at the plate for the 13-1 Golden Tigers.
