Brumbaugh’s top spot leads Tyrone

TYRONE — Alex Brumbaugh’s first-place finish in 19 minutes, 10 seconds led the Tyrone boys to a 23-33 win over Bellwood-Antis in high school cross country action on Wednesday. Altoona sweeps State College

Both the Altoona Area High School boys and girls cross country teams defeated State College on the Logan Elementary School course on Monday. Backed by Camdyn Woomer, Andrew Quinn and Kody Webster’s 1-2-3 finish, the Altoona boys won 17-41 to finish the dual meet season at 6-2.
