STATE COLLEGE — The Altoona Area High School boys volleyball team fell to 2-8 Tuesday night, losing 21-25, 29-27, 25-10, 25-10 at State College.

Lukas Weathersbee had 10 kills and six digs for Altoona, which also got 22 assists from Caleb Terza and 15 digs each from Nino Yohn and Logan Coldwell. Teammate Parker Huey-Kish added seven service points.

HOLLIDAYSBURG — Bishop Guilfoyle Academy fell to 0-7, losing 25-10, 25-14, 25-15 to undefeated Latrobe in a game played at Hollidaysburg.

Brenden Young had 10 assists for the Marauders, who also got five kills from Griffen Chwatek and eight digs from Karter Shall.
