Bigelow-Cherry qualified to be MDJ

I am endorsing Attorney Suzanne Bigelow-Cherry for our next Magisterial District Judge in Northern Blair County. Her education plus 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney makes her the only qualified candidate that can hear cases on day one. In Pennsylvania, MDJ candidates who are not attorneys need to take a course and pass an exam. There are several documented incidents where individuals won the MDJ race but were unable to pass the exam, resulting in courts being bogged down. We need to elect two new common pleas judges here in Blair County, and one of them needs to be Lou Schmitt. Lou has been a lawyer for 38 years. He is admitted to practice before all of our courts, including the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has represented many of our Blair County citizens in court. Impact of lost services would be devastating

The Medicaid program is insurance paid with 50% federal and 50% state funds. This insurance provides health care for low-income adults and children. It pays for physician care, prescription drugs, services to victims of domestic abuse, physical rehabilitation services, home health care and services for pregnant women.
