Paul Richard Hinkle Sr., 85, of Altoona, died Thursday. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Donald and Minerva (Marlin) Hinkle. Surviving are his wife, Joyce; children: Paul Jr., Kimberly Dalansky, Donald and Todd; several grandchildren; and sisters, Minerva and Barbara.
