David E. Lafferty Jr., 75, of Altoona, passed away Friday at his residence. He was born in Altoona, son of the late David Sr. and Elizabeth (Lumadu) Lafferty. Surviving are his wife of 56 years, Helen (White); a son, David III (Cheryl); grandsons, David and Joshua; and a brother, Bernard. He was preceded in death by siblings, Sharon and Jim. David enjoyed spending time with his family, fishing and hanging out in Mike’s garage.
