Perry Curtis Messner, 70, went home to the Lord on Monday, March 3, 2025, in Cape Canaveral, Fla. Perry was a native of Altoona, and a graduate of Altoona Area High School and the University of Montevallo. Perry’s passions were watching rocket launches, cruising several times a year and golf. He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Jill Messner Davis; and his son, Jonathan Curtis Messner; and their mother, Debra. Esther E. Emeigh, 87, a resident at Homewood at Martinsburg, formerly of Roaring Spring, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring. She was born in Henrietta, daughter of the late Earl Ralph and Vera M. (Brumbaugh) Kensinger. On March 18, 1954, she married Paul Herbert Emeigh, who passed away July 10, 2009.
