Dallas Earl Eckert, 88, of Martinsburg, formerly of Tyrone, passed away April 26, 2025, at the Village at Morrisons Cove. He was born on April 28, 1936, in Altoona, son of the late Earl Kenneth and Thelma Ruth (Hildebrand) Eckert. On Jan. 3, 1961, in Altoona, he married Loreda L. Longenecker, who survives.
