Frank Pallott Jr., 81, of Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, passed away Monday. He was born in New Castle, Pa., son of the late Frank Pallott Sr. and Thelma Miller Pallott Lester. Frank was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He was affectionately known as the “Candyman” by family and friends.
