Frank Pallott Jr., 81, of Presbyterian Village at Hollidaysburg, passed away Monday. He was born in New Castle, Pa., son of the late Frank Pallott Sr. and Thelma Miller Pallott Lester. Frank was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. He was affectionately known as the "Candyman" by family and friends. Frank will be deeply missed by his brother, Jack; sister, Peggy Blair; and sister, Cindy LaRocque; three nephews; two nieces; and six great-nephews. A memorial service to celebrate Frank's life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by Sorge Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., Hollidaysburg.
