Donna Jean Smith, 61, of Portage, died Monday at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Spangler, a daughter of the late Lee C. and Flora E. (Simmers) Matthew. On Sept. 12, 1987, in Lilly, she married Paul E. Smith, who died Dec. 20, 2015. Surviving are sons, Shayne and Cameron, with whom she lived; and siblings, Donald Matthew and Carol Kensinger. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Harold and Ronald; and sisters, Roby Lampenfeld and Nancy Link. There will be no viewing or service.
