LeRoy H. Garman, 65, of Martinsburg, died unexpectedly on Monday. He was born in Caernarvon Township, East Earl, Pa., a son of the late Noah S. and Emma (Hoover) Garman. He was married on Nov. 18, 1982, to Janet (Martin) Garman, who survives; along with three sons: Nathan Ray Garman and wife, Annie (Brubaker) of Martinsburg, Joshua Ryan Garman and wife, Julia (Brubaker) of Martinsburg and Barry Lee Garman and wife, Kaitlyn (Zimmerman) of Clyde, N.Y.; nine grandchildren: Alissa, Geoffrey, Douglas, Angela, Tommy, Rebekah, Sophia, Mariah and Nora; siblings: Allen Garman and wife, Miriam H. ...

Phyllis Elaine (Gibboney) Hultman

Phyllis Elaine (Gibboney) Hultman, 95, a resident of Garvey Manor Nursing Home, Hollidaysburg, went to meet the Lord on Saturday. She was born in Altoona to late parents, Marguerite and James W. Gibboney. Phyllis married William C. Hultman in 1973. They shared many happy years until his passing on Sept. 7, 1994. Steven Paul Keirn, 73, formerly of Altoona, passed away Sept. 6, 2025. He was born in Altoona, the son of Nancy Luciano and the late Paul Keirn. Surviving are his mother; his son, Andrew; his ex-wife, Kathleen Koller; and siblings: Bill, Linda Kitt and Sue Fabian. His journey on earth was marked by unconditional love.
