Bernice A. Fields, 88, of Warriors Mark, passed away Wednesday at Penn Highlands, Tyrone. She was born in Port Matilda, the daughter of Frank D. and Vesta F. (Flick) Dixson. She was twice married, first to David O. Gardner, who died in December 1996, and then to Glenn W. Fields, who died in July 2008. Joseph A. Luke, 37, Altoona, died Tuesday after an extended medical illness. Surviving are his parents, William Luke Sr. and Debra (Smith) Crum; a daughter, Malayia Luke; a brother, Billy Luke Jr.; a grandmother, Sandra Clossin; and a grandfather, Benjamin Luke. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Bert Clossin; and a grandmother, Joyce Leonard. Joey loved Steelers football and hanging out with his family and many friends.
