Eugene E. Mann Jr., 83, Altoona, passed away Sunday at his home. He was born in Altoona, son of the late Eugene and Bertha I. (Finnegan) Mann. He is survived by his sisters, Rosella Nicodemus of Altoona and Barbara Bower of Lock Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother, William Mann. Eugene served in the United States Army. At the request of the deceased, no public services will be held. Interment will take place at Blair Memorial Park. Arrangements are by Mauk & Yates Funeral Home Inc., Altoona.

Ronald R. Ferensic, 84, Northern Cambria, died Thursday. He was born in Spangler, son of Stephen and Catherine (Phillips) Ferensic. Surviving are his children, Kimberely and Stephen; and two grandsons, Joshua and Cody. He was preceded in death by his wife, Irene; sisters, Helen and Elizabeth; and a brother, Theodore.
