Barbara A. (Finklestine) Riggleman, 84, Altoona, died Monday. Born in Coupon, she was the daughter of the late John and Catherine (Zayoc) Finklestine. Barbara was also preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Sr.; her children, Ronald Jr. and Brenda Fether; and a sister, Patricia Hancock. Surviving are her daughter, Michelle Baughman; grandchildren, Bryant Boone and Brianna Jones; great-grandchildren, Waylon and Sawyer; and many nieces and nephews.
