Deborah A. Carner, 68, of Altoona, passed away Saturday. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Elwood and Patricia (Claar) Carner. Surviving are children: Crystal Carner, Jaelynn Colbert, Nathaniel Harclerode and Dorrell Colbert; her grandchildren; and sisters, Tonda Rudy and Teresa Jones.
