Deborah A. Carner, 68, of Altoona, passed away Saturday. She was born in Altoona, a daughter of the late Elwood and Patricia (Claar) Carner. Surviving are children: Crystal Carner, Jaelynn Colbert, Nathaniel Harclerode and Dorrell Colbert; her grandchildren; and sisters, Tonda Rudy and Teresa Jones. She was preceded in death by siblings, Lisa Boyette and Elwood "Woody" Carner. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Interment will take place at Logan Valley Cemetery, Bellwood. Arrangements are by The Good Funeral Home Inc., 108 Alto-Reste Park, Altoona.
